Herman Suganda is our Sales Officer who has spent 4 years here in Quipper. Graduate of bachelor of engineering, he prefers to work in the sales field. As a distributor of wisdom, Herman is able to solve school and students' problems and offer them solutions. For him, there’s no better feeling than that. He is the second born of five, has been married, and a blessed dad with three kids.

What Does Your Typical Day Look Like?

“My position in Quipper is a team leader that responsible to strategize, monitor, or to watch over each member in the context of target and/or progress, also to guide and direct the team to achieve the predetermined target,” he explains. Herman mentioned that being part of the Sales team is a wonderful opportunity and experience in general that marks his years of journey here in the company are impactful and meaningful.

Meeting new people from across regions or provinces, sharing knowledge, and experiences is such an amazing privilege for him. “Notice how each student has a similar strong motivation to learn and how the school I’ve visited always gave me a warm welcome were things I like the most about my job,” he says.

Herman recalls, “My biggest achievement is to be the best presenter. I always attempt to maximize the potential of every class, longer duration of follow-up procedure, always having positive thought, self-capability and knowledge upgrade, and a sense of strong competitiveness.”

He clearly discovered what he loved doing and recognized the need for change and improvement. And it sometimes requires someone who influences him both professionally and personally.

“Professionally, my influencer is the first branch head to the current one, my colleague who always supports and helps me out. But personally, it is my family who is my influence, especially my wife and children.”
