Quality of Content is Above Everything
What did you do before join Quipper and why you decided to join Quipper?
Before I joined Quipper, I had had 12 years of experience in a conventional publishing company as a content writer, chief editor, and publishing director. When I was offered to join Quipper, I jumped at the opportunity.
The reason was that I knew I would have gotten many new challenges I had never experienced before. Moreover, I thought that such challenge would have a good impact for the betterment of Indonesia’s education. 2019 will be my 5th year in this company.
How does it feel to become a Quipper Champion? And do you think you deserved crowned the title?
To be frank, I was shocked then. The shock was that I did not know why my name was mentioned and why I was invited to the stage. I only realized what was happening when the person next to me told me that I was one of the Quipper Champions. I was very grateful and proud, that finally I get to stand on a stage hahaha.
I think I deserve to be a Quipper Champion. To me, quality is the utmost priority. Therefore, since I joined the company, I have been (and will always be) consistent in giving the best. This includes content quality and communication quality with our teachers so they can deliver good and interesting lessons.
What challenges you face at Quipper as subject specialist and what makes you passionate of your job everyday at Quipper?
Being a subject specialist is not an easy feat, but it can be easy when you do it wholeheartedly for the betterment of the country’s education. One thing that I really like from being here is that I have to think. Moreover, the competition between e-learning service providers are getting intense so I want to make sure that Quipper is always ahead of the pack.
