What makes you decide to work at Quipper?
Through Quipper, I believe that I can help many students in Indonesia to achieve their dreams. Working for a company that strives for creating a good impact for the country’s future is a motivation for me to work passionately every day.
Looking at your past experience, you were in charge of Marketing and Partnership in Education Institutions. Why did you choose to jump in into education business and what is education for you in general?
Education is the core of a nation’s success. A strong and wealthy nation depends on equality of access to a good education. Quipper puts forwards its mission to “bring the best education to every corner of the world”. This tagline makes me love my job as part of business development department very much. The sentence constantly fuels my motivation to implement its meaning everyday.
What have you discovered so far, being here at Quipper?
Education technology business is moving forward at a past pace. It satisfies the students and teachers as its target market. Quipper encourages me to propose ideas for the business development in specific and Indonesia’s education in general. At Quipper, I get to meet many people who share the same vision and I get to be involved in a team that supports each other to grow together.
You were become a Quipper Champion. What does it feel and do you think you deserved it?
Honestly, I did not have any clue that I was one of the employees who was being noticed for my work. I was very shocked and was very thankful for the appreciation. Bearing this title, I have a responsibility to constantly work with passion and contribute more for the betterment of education through Quipper.
